So I never got over my fear of needles, by the way. I still get nauseous and almost faint at the site of a needle. However, I did very well at clinicals, which were all done at VA hospital. All except, my one and only butterfly needle, which my dad got the honor. This was due to the fact that he just happened to be with me. Afterwards, he surprisingly said “he didn’t even feel it.” When the state exam came….i was 5 points short of passing! I guess it wasn’t meant to be. Moving on to other things, I then started Training to be a Certified Nursing Assistant…
